Rhys joined Emanuel Jones in March 2014 and is involved with all agency specialisms including retail, office, industrial and investment. Rhys was formerly employed at Ingram Evans Care and obtained a degree in Real Estate from The University of Reading.
In November 2015, Rhys passed the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a member of the RICS.
