Established in 1999, Emanuel Jones is an independent firm of Commercial Chartered Surveyors specialised in providing a range of Commercial property advice to businesses, investors and developers.

The core area of activity is Wales and the South West of England although we specialise in acquisitions and investment disposal throughout the UK.
We are based in Cardiff and our ethos is to provide a proactive, transparent and client focused approach to all instructions. We pride ourselves in creating long lasting client relationships based on a foundation of trust, dedication and effective strategy delivery.

David Williams MRICS
Partner
David obtained his degree from the University of Glamorgan before joining National Westminster Group as a Graduate Surveyor. Following successful qualification to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), David joined Cooke & Arkwright, specialising in retail property until his move to Emanuel jones in 2001.
In 2011, David became Partner at Emanuel Jones and has been actively involved with the day to day operations ever since.
David specialises in retail, development and investment and advises numerous property owners, investors and businesses. Notable clients include Betfred, Columbia Threadneedle and Marshall Holdings.
Rhys Williams MRICS
Partner
Rhys joined Emanuel Jones in 2014 having successfully completed his degree in Real Estate from The University of Reading. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 2015 and was promoted to Partner in 2020.
Rhys has over 10 years experience in the property industry and focuses on all aspects of agency and landlord and tenant matters. Notable clients include Mileway, Kestral Construction, Aggarwal Group and many other private businesses and investors.
Carlo Piazza MRICS
Associate
Carlo joined Emanuel Jones in 2021 having successfully completed his degree in Real Estate from The University of Reading. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2022 and was promoted to Associate in 2023.
Carlo focuses on all aspects of agency and landlord and tenant matters.
Luca Piazza
Graduate Surveyor
Luca joined Emanuel Jones in 2024 having successfully completed his degree in Real Estate from The University of Reading. He is enrolled on the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) with the aim of becoming chartered in 2026.
Luca is involved with all agency and landlord and tenant matters.
Robert Emanuel MRICS
Founding Partner
Robert specialises in the industrial and office sectors, providing expert advice on some of the Principality’s largest commercial developments. His notable clients include Dixondale, Hugh James Solicitors, and PMG.
With a career spanning since the mid-1980s, Robert has extensive experience in the South Wales commercial property sector. He has held significant positions, including Director at DTZ Cardiff (now Cushman & Wakefield) and Partner at Cooke and Arkwright, before founding Emanuel Jones in 1999.
